How do I place an order?
Select your item, add it to cart, and complete checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order has shipped, we're unable to modify or cancel it.

How do I find my size?
Size charts for both women's and men's styles are available on each product page.

What if I'm between sizes?
For a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up. For a closer fit, refer to the sizing chart listed on each product page.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Tokyo, Japan.
どこから発送されますか?
すべての注文は東京、日本から発送されます。
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 14:00 (JST) ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
いつ発送されますか?
14:00(JST)までにご注文いただいた場合、当日発送いたします。それ以降のご注文は翌営業日に処理されます。
How long does delivery take?
- Japan: 1–3 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs and local courier services.

Will I receive a tracking number?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases:
- Product has a manufacturing defect
- Wrong item was shipped
返品ポリシーについて教えてください
以下の場合に限り、返品・交換を承ります:
- 商品に初期不良がある場合
- 誤った商品が配送された場合
Return conditions:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached
- Sale items are final sale
返品条件:
- 商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください
- 商品は未使用・未洗濯で、タグがすべて付いた状態である必要があります
- セール品は返品対象外です
Returns NOT accepted:
Returns for customer reasons (wrong size, change of mind, color preference, etc.) are not accepted.
お受けできない返品:
お客様都合による返品・交換(サイズ違い、イメージ違い、色違いなど)はお受けできません。
How the 7-day window works:
The 7-day return window begins on the day your package is delivered (confirmed by tracking), not the day it ships. This ensures all customers have the same amount of time to inspect their purchase, regardless of location.
7日間の計算方法:
返品期間は、商品が配達された日から7日間です(発送日ではありません)。これにより、お住まいの地域に関わらず、すべてのお客様が同じ期間内に商品を確認いただけます。
Example: If your order is delivered on March 5, you have until March 12 to request a return.
例: 3月5日に配達された場合、3月12日まで返品リクエストが可能です。
How do I start a return or exchange?
For domestic (Japan) returns:
Contact us at contact@iliatokyo.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We'll verify your eligibility and provide you with a prepaid return label.
Return shipping costs:
- Defects or wrong items shipped: We cover the cost
- Other approved returns: Deducted from your refund

International returns will be approved for refund after the item arrives at our facility and is inspected.

Do prices include tax?
For orders shipped within Japan, prices include the 10% consumption tax.

Will I be charged customs duties on international orders?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Care instructions are listed on each product page and on the garment label. We recommend following these instructions to preserve the quality and longevity of your piece.

Do your garments shrink after washing?
When cared for according to the provided instructions, shrinkage should be minimal.
