返品について / Returns

当店では、以下の場合に限り返品・交換を承ります:

  • 商品に初期不良がある場合
  • 誤った商品が配送された場合

返品条件 / Return Conditions:

  • 商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください
  • 商品は未使用・未洗濯で、タグがすべて付いた状態である必要があります
  • セール品は返品対象外です

お受けできない返品:
お客様都合による返品・交換(サイズ違い、イメージ違い、色違いなど)はお受けできません。

We accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Product has a manufacturing defect
  • Wrong item was shipped

Return Conditions:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached
  • Sale items are final sale

Returns NOT accepted:
Returns for customer reasons (wrong size, change of mind, color preference, etc.) are not accepted.

7日間の計算方法 / How the 7-Day Window Works

返品期間は、商品が配達された日から7日間です(発送日ではありません)。これにより、お住まいの地域に関わらず、すべてのお客様が同じ期間内に商品を確認いただけます。

例: 3月5日に配達された場合、3月12日まで返品リクエストが可能です。

The 7-day return window begins on the day your package is delivered (confirmed by tracking), not the day it ships. This ensures all customers have the same amount of time to inspect their purchase, regardless of location.

Example: If your order is delivered on March 5, you have until March 12 to request a return.

返品手続き / How to Start a Return

国内(日本)からの返品 / Domestic (Japan) Returns

商品到着後7日以内に contact@iliatokyo.com までご注文番号を添えてご連絡ください。返品が承認された場合、返送用ラベルをお送りします。

返送料について:

  • 初期不良・誤配送の場合:当店が負担
  • その他の場合:返金額から差し引かれます

Contact us at contact@iliatokyo.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery. If your return is approved, we'll provide you with a prepaid return label.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Defects or wrong items shipped: We cover the cost
  • Other approved returns: Deducted from your refund

海外からの返品 / International Returns

商品到着後7日以内に contact@iliatokyo.com までご注文番号を添えてご連絡ください。返品が承認された場合、返送先住所と手順をお知らせします。

返送料について:

  • 初期不良・誤配送の場合:当店が負担
  • その他の場合:お客様負担

海外からの返品は、商品が当店に到着し、状態を確認した後に返金が承認されます。

Contact us at contact@iliatokyo.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery. If your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions and our return address.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Defects or wrong items shipped: We cover the cost
  • Other approved returns: Customer responsibility

International returns will be approved for refund after the item arrives at our facility and is inspected.

返金について / Refunds

返品が承認された場合、以下の条件にて返金いたします:

  • 返金は元のお支払方法に対して行われます
  • クレジットカードや決済サービスの場合、返金が反映されるまで数日かかる場合があります
  • 初期不良・誤配送の場合、返送料は当店が負担します

If your return is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Depending on your card issuer or payment provider, it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account
  • For defects or wrong items shipped, we will cover the return shipping cost
